Comiendo COLORES para mantenernos sanos

Un cuerpo sano no solo se logra a traves del ejercicio y el entrenamiento constante, sino tambien con una alimentacion balanceada llena de vitaminas y nutrientes que ayuden a lugares especificos en nuestro cuerpo:
  • ROJO: Las fresas, ricas en potasio, permiten que los comandos nerviosos lleguen a tus musculos con mejor calidad.
  • VERDE: El brocoli y la espinaca, llenos de vitamina A, mejoran tu vision.
  • AMARILLO: La vitamina C se puede encontrar en las zanahorias y la toronja (ademas de la fibra, claro). ¿Que mejor forma de no resfriarse en esos ensayos de 4 o 5 horas?
  • AZUL: ¿Intolerancia a lactosa? Prueba entonces comer berenjena, una fuente con cantidades industriales de Calcio.

Yeah, I agreed of it that a healthy diet can be achieved also with the proper food intake. I have an pyramid diet which is workable for me after my yoga session. I used to eat a proper food. Thanks!
